Of Franco-Italian origin, Anne Pareuil spent her first years of life in Côte d'Ivoire (Africa).
Back in Paris, she began singing studies at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris in the class of Jane Berbié who discovered her deep voice and strong artistic personality.
She gets:
the First Prize at the Concours des Maîtres du Chant Français (with the Special Prizes of Lyrical Art and Editions Durand).
The Maurice Ravel Prize at the International Tryptic Competition for its interpretation of Natural Stories . On this occasion the composer Daniel-Lesur will offer her to accompany her himself to the piano in his melodies as Clair Comme le Jour in recital at the Salle Cortot.
Then Anne joined the Ecole d'Art Lyrique de l'Opéra de Paris-Bastille, where she was immediately engaged by Jean-Marie Blanchard in the production of J.Offenbach’s Brigands, directed by Jérôme Deschamps and Macha Makeïeff.
The following year, she was part of F. Poulenc’s Dialogues des Carmélites, directed by Cyril Diederich and directed by Alain Garichot at the Palais Garnier as Mother Marie de l'Incarnation.
Anne continued to study her roles successively with Vera Rozsa in London, Nadine Denize and Joceline Taillon and since 2007 with Alexandrina Milcheva in Sofia.
At the age of twenty-four, Anne Pareuil was sponsored by José van Dam to the Parisian public during a duet recital at the Théâtre de Paris-Châtelet and quickly began in various European opera productions.

Anne Pareuil debuted in the United States in the American premiere of Albert Roussel’s Evocations under the direction of Pascal Verrot, as well as in a recital of melodies by Ernest Chausson, at the International Festival Institute at Round Top (Austin-Texas) and performs regularly at the Macau International Music Festival (China) as well as at the Hong Kong Opera where she performed Marcellina from W.A.Mozart’s Nozze di figaro and Mamma Lucia in P.Mascagni’s Cavalleria Rusticana in the fall of 2006.
Anne blends as much in the works of the French repertoire, Barbe-Bleue by Paul Dukas, Geneviève in Pelléas et Mélisande, Padmâvati, Taven in Mireille , Dalila, the Italian verism (La Gioconda by A.Ponchielli), finally German (R.Wagner), as in the world of melody, song or sacred music.
